Terms and Conditions

Customers, who are buyers in the sense of the Austrian "Konsumentenschutzgesetz", can send back ordered products within forteen workdays after having recieved them. For customers in Germany, we grant 14 days right of rescission after having recieved their orders.
It suffices to send back the declaration of rescission in the afore mentioned period. No reasons have to be given. Saturdays do not count as workdays.
In the case of a rescission, money is totally or partially refunded only after the merchandise has been returned. Postage and packing are debited to the customers account.

The merchandise should be sent back unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Merchandise that has been used or where the packaging is damaged will not be fully refunded. An apropriate amount for the depreciation will be held back. The same is rue if part of the merchandise is missing.
